A careful balance
All's good on both sides
Warm and cool
By nature's laws abides

A seat in the shade
Wind through the spot
Life as it should be
Couldn't be held together by a knot

A breath, a thought
Let it in you,
Understand it
But you don't really have to

Perfection in nature
Imperfection in the world
But I sit here and smile

Behind a tree, a forest
Behind a wave, a sea
A rustle is a sound
And colors run around me

Bare feet on grass
Bare thoughts in the sky
This moment stretches on
But be ready to say goodbye

Nothing like this last forever
But still the breeze, still the air
Time ends, balance tipped
At least I saw it happen, so I leave without a care
